A friend called my no. 00 44 7050 123 123 on Thursday 12th Dec 2001 12.45 French time, through France telecom on a landline and heard in English "sorry there is a fault" "Beep". She called the number 4 times and then gave up |

I logged in using netscape 7.0 on Windows XP system to my clubhouse account (fredbloggs@manchester.com) 6 times on Tues 12th Jan 2002 between 13.25 and 13.50, and when I went from the page with DMClub:Clubhouse:_r10s2 and Clicked on dmVoice 07050-123-456 I got INPUT TYPE=Hidden NAME="CHPIN" VALUE=" -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Error Occurred While Processing Request Error Diagnostic Information ... ... At 13.20 on the 12.01.02, I called the control number 08700 885 445 from my Orange mobile phone in the UK. After I'd entered my PIN followed by #, a lady's voice said "Not tonight Napolean". I tried calling 4 times and then gave up. My account number is 07005 812 123 |
Fax and voice messages have not arrived |
Why hasn't my fax arrived, don't you release that this is very important |
Statement: I've logged in through my Clubhouse at 10.13 on 14.01.02, to the number control page and have looked at my call log and the call ref is there and is *****, I've looked at my message index and the message is there ref:****** . "My Gateway" is set to my email address which is currently receiving emails from other people so frankly I'm a little surprised. I am waiting for an urgent fax so please can you make it urgent & call me on my Mobile07678 111-222 when you have sent it. |

AOL Whether you have successfully received a message at all Can you confirm that you have read dmNotes 3316 & 3312 � getting started with dmVoice Please send us the entire e-mail, if the fax is highly confidential, then please send yourself a test fax, and forward that to us. |

If the message came in between Tue05Feb2002 and Tue12Feb2002, and appears like text, the simplest solution is to e-mail support@dmclub.net citing the dmVoice or dmFax number (the personal number) and either the reference or the approx time & date of the fax. The dmSupport operator will then resend them. There was a problem with the AOL interpretation of MIME (other e-mail clients were not affected). AOL users should use the text format in the Gateway tab on their service control. |
